Yes that Chile one is after effects of the base Asket and I destroyed last week and I posted about (well, us and 30 others, don’t want to take all the credit, and my involvement is on the sidelines, really; I am threre for the ride and to report). The destruction of the base, unfortunately, has an affect on the tectonic plates, which causes after shocks the way an actual quake will. Back in 2002-3, there were many quakes in Afghanistan from military drill bombs going into caves and taking out bases and strongholds, with many after shocks.
I met this person and in a private conversation all he could speak of was a desire to kill someone who showed up unexpectedly … and that he may not be able to stop himself.
