Words of Wisdom from the Arcturians

The Arcturians asked me to pass along the following messages because they know many of you cannot fathom or understand or believe certain things — not just what I say and write, but what others have in the past, present and future (that do not exist, there is only The Moment of Truth).
A number of you cannot wrap your brain around concepts no matter how I try to explain, because the limitations of 3D human language cannot interpret higher dimensional realities; some of you have such egos and hubris that you are offended by anything that is beyond your intelligence (such causes of many religious wars); some of you are so trapped in the limitations of your programming that instead of meditating on the vastness of life Creation created, in all possible forms — yes, even high intelligent vegetable and fruit-based life, sentient trees and insects — that your fear of the unknown causes you to be sardonic and even rude.
Thus say the Arcturians:
Revelation is evolutionary but always progressive. Down through the ages of a world’s history, the revelations of religion are ever-expanding and successively more enlightening. It is the mission of revelation to sort and censor the successive religions of evolution. But if revelation is to exalt and upstep the religions of evolution, then must such divine visitations portray teachings which are not too far removed from the thought and reactions of the age in which they are presented. Thus must and does revelation always keep in touch with evolution. Always must the religion of revelation be limited by man’s capacity of receptivity.
Because your world is generally ignorant of origins, even of physical origins, it has appeared to be wise from time to time to provide instruction in cosmology. And always has this made trouble for the future. The laws of revelation hamper us greatly by their proscription of the impartation of unearned or premature knowledge. Any cosmology presented as a part of revealed religion is destined to be outgrown in a very short time. Accordingly, future students of such a revelation are tempted to discard any element of genuine religious truth it may contain because they discover errors on the face of the associated cosmologies therein presented.
Mankind should understand that we who participate in the revelation of truth are very rigorously limited by the instructions of our superiors. We are not at liberty to anticipate the scientific discoveries of a thousand years. Revelators must act in accordance with the instructions which form a part of the revelation mandate. We see no way of overcoming this difficulty, either now or at any future time. We full well know that, while the historic facts and religious truths of this series of revelatory presentations will stand on the records of the ages to come, within a few short years many of our statements regarding the physical sciences will stand in need of revision in consequence of additional scientific developments and new discoveries. These new developments we even now foresee, but we are forbidden to include such humanly undiscovered facts in the revelatory records. Let it be made clear that revelations are not necessarily inspired. The cosmology of these revelations is not inspired. It is limited by our permission for the co-ordination and sorting of present-day knowledge. While divine or spiritual insight is a gift, human wisdom must evolve.
Truth is always a revelation: autorevelation when it emerges as a result of the work of the indwelling Adjuster; epochal revelation when it is presented by the function of some other celestial agency, group, or personality.
These levels of reality are convenient compromise symbolizations of the present universe age and for the mortal perspective. There are a number of other ways of looking at reality from other-than-mortal perspective and from the standpoint of other universe ages. Thus it should be recognized that the concepts herewith presented are entirely relative, relative in the sense of being conditioned and limited by:
- The limitations of mortal language.
- The limitations of the mortal mind.
- The limited development of the seven superuniverses.
- Your ignorance of the six prime purposes of superuniverse development which do not pertain to the mortal ascent to Paradise.
- Your inability to grasp even a partial eternity viewpoint.
- The impossibility of depicting cosmic evolution and destiny in relation to all universe ages, not just in regard to the present age of the evolutionary unfolding of the seven superuniverses.
- The inability of any creature to grasp what is really meant by pre-existentials or by postexperientials–that which lies before beginnings and after destinies.
Reality growth is conditioned by the circumstances of the successive universe ages. The central universe underwent no evolutionary change in the Havona age, but in the present epochs of the superuniverse age it is undergoing certain progressive changes induced by co-ordination with the evolutionary superuniverses. The seven superuniverses, now evolving, will sometime attain the settled status of light and life, will attain the growth limit for the present universe age. But beyond doubt, the next age, the age of the first outer space level, will release the superuniverses from the destiny limitations of the present age. Repletion is continually being superimposed upon completion.
These are some of the limitations which we encounter in attempting to present a unified concept of the cosmic growth of things, meanings, and values and of their synthesis on ever-ascending levels of reality.
I would have to agree with what this says, however it doesn’t take into account the way earth has been tampered with, or those tampering with it. Maybe it does in the “wisdom process”. One would like to know what a super universe is by actually experiencing it, to which case many such as my self often appeal that to be offered, because these are only words, and not readily lived to be understood, save outside of interpretation of ones life, however that may go in many directions. I felt to point out limitation’s was somewhat odd given how many appeal to be free of those who limit one, because the passage to go about as if there have been no oppressors of growth.
Not so hard to enter the superuniverses — meditation and practice opens the doors. But for how long? Some Tibetan monks practice and prepare for decades before they are ready to walk into the caves that lead to Shambala. You cannot just enter a new reality without mental and physical preparartion to leave your 3D reality behind. That is why you see a lot of brain-fried spaced-out people in vortex areas like Mt. Shasta and Sedona — it is not drugs, or insanity, they simply entered into a vortex into another dimension, planet or reality and their minds were not prepared, and the experience literally “blew their minds.”

I did not connect with the way the Arcturians presented their information. They may be extremely intelligent, but I did not feel any emotion or understanding. I should be able to live by my free will. I have been mislead and manipulated since I have arrived in this 3D plain. I have been the lab rat for many alien forces. Screw them. I may die here and not ascend, but I will love myself greatly until the end. Humans are insane. But who had their many hands in this deception? Who and what has tampered with this 3D experiment? Who is still sucking off of the 3D humans for their own personal gains? The true psychopaths.
I thank Mother Earth for sharing her beauty, love and nurturing. Humans must wake up and take on these dark forces that enslave and restrain us. We are being tortured down here. If we are not evolving fast enough for others than so be it. There seems to be a great disconnect in this universe. Life should not have to be this insane. Mother Earth has been patient and may need relief. I do not wish to reincarnate into this insanity. But I am not so sure other dimensions hold the key to the depth of true human love and compassion.
Hmmm…try meditating on some of those Arcturiam crop circle images…I believe Whitey Strieber has some free crop circle meditation exercises on his web site…if not there may be some on Youtube or the net…those images have been made for a gradual awakening to those who look…do you ever look and them and have a feeling you have seen them before, that you know what they are but cannot remember?

IMO… chanting mantras on a Yak wool pillow for decades is a poor substitute for a good thunderstorm (a metaphoric storm in real life struggles for survival)

“One of the first concerns of warriors is to free that energy in order to face the unknown with it,” don Juan went on. “The action of rechanneling that energy is impeccability.”
He said that the most effective strategy was worked out by the seers of the Conquest, the unquestionable masters of stalking. It consists of six elements that interplay with one another. Five of them are called the attributes of warriorship: control, discipline, forbearance, timing, and will. They pertain to the world of the warrior who is fighting to lose self-importance. The sixth element, which is perhaps the most important of all, pertains to the outside world and is called the petty tyrant.
The new seers developed their own classification of petty tyrants; although the concept is one of their most serious and important findings, the new seers had a sense of humor about it. He assured me that there was a tinge of malicious humor in every one of their classifications, because humor was the only means of counteracting the compulsion of human awareness to take inventories and to make cumbersome classifications.
The new seers, in accordance with their practice, saw fit to head their classification with the primal source of energy, the one and only ruler in the universe, and they called it simply the tyrant. The rest of the despots and authoritarians were found to be, naturally, infinitely below the category of tyrant. Compared to the source of everything, the most fearsome, tyrannical men are buffoons; consequently, they were classified as petty tyrants,
He explained that one of the greatest accomplishments of the seers of the Conquest was a construct he called the three-phase progression. By understanding the nature of man, they were able to reach the incontestable conclusion that if seers can hold their own in facing petty tyrants, they can certainly face the unknown with impunity, and then they can even stand the presence of the unknowable.
“The average man’s reaction is to think that the order of that statement should be reversed,” he went on. “A seer who can hold his own in the face of the unknown can certainly face petty tyrants. But that’s not so. What destroyed the superb seers of ancient times was that assumption. We know better now. We know that nothing can temper the spirit of a warrior as much as the challenge of dealing with impossible people in positions of power. Only under those conditions can warriors acquire the sobriety and serenity to stand the pressure of the unknowable.”

Okay former, I understand, and again I point the importance of not being alone, or not kept ignorant. For lack of not knowing, or remembering, what are the preparations? I don’t have a base of knowledge to say what a superuniverse is, however I have had many deep meditational experiences, though I have no terms for what I experienced, which is why I keep appealing for outside assistance, and knowledge so I am not alone, but fully interacting, and learning. I was meditating once, and three people came together, and went up in a long tubular spiral with many levels, and at the end I enter out a tube with a heart beat in the background. Was that a superuniverse? you need to clarify on what preparation is just as it is clear to someone as yourself, or the monk, because just saying preparation needs more substance in an enzymatic intuitive format.
If you have had glimpses and experiences of higher dimensions and do not know how to make sense of them in language, then you should not attempt to do so. I have had many higher diensional experiences I would not even dare attempt to explain here or anywhere…when telepathic beings do, they share images and symbols, but even a 5D being will have a hard time transferring the imagery of a 9D experience to fellow 5D beings. These matters are meant to be kept to one’s self, meant to be kept sacred, to ponder and meditate on. If you are afraid people will think you crazy if you talk of it, then don’t talk of it. You did not have the glimpse into other realities to spread the word (unless told so) but for a personal reason. A reason you mayt spend 20-40 years trying to make sense of, but that is your personal puzzle. If one were to say, “A giant 100-legged carrot told me the secrets of life in the 9th Density,” yeah, people will think you are nuts, but you know it happened and that’s all that matters.
Turl Ehtwatur: Chanting is a very good way to lead people down a spiritual path. You should apologize for saying chanting is not good enough, because many people do chant for spiritual growth.

Thanks for the above post fwh. This confirms my initial feelings with them, the Arcurians perceive humans as extremely “dumb”. The attitude of seeing any other creature as “dumb” points to a narrow outlook and view of who you think you are yourself. If you look at another creature and think it is “dumb” because it perceives the world different then you do, then you are only seeing a mirror. The A’s think they’ve got it all figured out.. but if you put one of them in a rainforest for 24 hours and test their common sense and instincts, how might they do?? What about if their race stopped reproducing, and they lost the technology to do so. Would they even know how to reproduce themselves naturally. haha — I don’t think they could “fuck” even if they wanted to.
Arcturians reproduce in the 7D way, above 5D: a male and a female are contacted by a soul that wishes to become a physical being and chooses them (for karmic reasons), the male and female combine thought and energy and in a few hours create a small new body, a child as it were, for the soul to inhabit. They have families like we do. Their fucking for pleasure is beyond your grasp. And they like pizza!
If one were trapped in a rain forest, it would simply commune with the forest: the trees, the birds, the bears, the Big Feet, the deer, the insects, and become one with them. 7D being can communique with nature in ways we lost. The forst would help the Arcturian with any needs. But an A would never find himself in such a situtaion, being in constant contact with thousands of minds of its kind.
You are simply going to bang your head on the wall and bleed and get angry if you keep trying to “figure” them out. They are four densities higher and you are not even elevated in the third. Do we expect a six-month-old baby to fully comprehend Einstein? No. The baby has years of growing and learning before that is possible.

You are using a lot of phrases that I have heard from Dracos mind-control. Your encounter with them has obviously been masked by a flase memory. The A’s are not anything like that — but do you know who does detest nature and prmitive drives? The negative grey clones manufactured by the Dracos as their slaves. They hate all emotions and all that 3D earth offers that is good.
You will deny you are a Draco/grey agent, but I know: you are typing a script I have heard from a dozen harnessed brains. Then again, you might know exactly what you are like Sarah Stanga does. Either way, you are a danger to humanity, whatever your end game program is.

clare, I am not sure if you have been trapped in the dogma or by the dracos as former suggests, but Whenever you read someones words and interpreting them, you are doing just that, interpreting them based on who you are.
Also, dont complain if you assume someone else assume something because its only your assumption.
This is like receiving instructions from the future, with terminology that has not yet been defined. (kinda like the saying ‘you’ll understand when you’re older’)
No matter how many times I read it, the communication and context will not be fully understood until I’ve reached certain milestones in my spiritual development (wisdom).
Still, it’s an amazing gift to receive a message from the Arcturians and FWH, that I would not have found on my own. It’s a note to re-read, year after year. Thank you FWH.
It is also the curious way they speak…look around elsewhere for Arcturian Speak and it is the same when “trabslated” from telepathic communique to the English (or German, French, Spanish, etc).
It looks almost like something I would have written to myself, though I don’t contend to religion much. I guess we really are alike, former, is there anything on brain lobe fusion your aware of?
hmmm… Don’t look to the future ti understand the circular articulation. Look inward and to the past. Focus your efforts on higher self. If you break down the message into fragments and remove unecessary alliteations or even the same phrasing in multiple context you get ‘everything arrives in a relative hyberbole manifested of capable thought and processing.’ therefore, religion evolves to maintain a basic need in belief and structure as manifested by us in 3D to provide balance. It isn’t until we realize that structure and guidance in the form of conformity and control stagnates the evolutionary process relative and needed for the divine gift we have forgotten. Hence – look to the past

Don’t Succumb to the Pitfalls
… effect vs. affect…
In the arena of ‘developed mental disciplines’, your efforts will present two possible focal points… two paths to follow. You will need to choose between them, because they will lead to entirely different destinations.
As your pierce layers of your dense physical vessel… by reaching outside with mental tendrils, you are going to confront fascinating altered states of awareness… unfamiliar visions, body sensations (lightness and heaviness), slow and fast vibrations or resonance, lighting effects, agonies, ecstasies, euphorias, etc. These are your pitfalls… your stumbling blocks. They are not the end we are after. They are the “effect” of your work… but what we want is an “affect”.
effect – a mental or emotional impression produced
affect – to produce a change
… an example…
In the ’60′s and ’70′s, nearly an entire generation indulged in the ‘effect’ of certain party favors which altered awareness. The net ‘affect’ was decimated bank accounts, broken families, burn-outs, unrealized potentials, and drug wars…
distraction.
We must discern between effect and affect while developing, or else we’ll just end-up junkies.
The difference was described to me:

Affect = nothing pragmatic
Many of the Dime-Store-Spiritualists on the internets, on street corners, or under “Readings” placards are there to acquire attention… (attention = power). They are often successful in direct proportion to how full-of-shit they are. Sounding obnoxiously authoritative is their usual tell (“tell” being the poker term for knowing when your opponent is bluffing).
Blissful Effect pursuits will be a fine pursuit when the time comes… but when a child dies every five seconds in the world as a direct result of imposed poverty, blissful pursuits are a self-indulgent drug-induced trip with no redeeming value.
The only pragmatic benefit for the ‘effects’ of altered consciousness is… use them as sign-posts – an indication that you are accomplishing something in opening your psyche. They aren’t the goal… what we are after is the ‘affect’… the ability to alter the world at large in ways that benefit on the path to freedom… PHYSICAL freedom for all.
Self-indulgent fascinations won’t get the job done.

okay former, about the higher dimensional experiences, I was attacked once from something in it I believe, or it could have been something else, I don’t know, but I would like to know. That said, I don’t even know what the 1st, and second dimensions are as bad as that is, so please understand why.

interesting you should say that about michael former, because I remember distinctly killing a large dragon over a liquor store that is now gone. I feel that I can understand a graduated release of information based upon the consciousness of the beings you are interacting with. We do the same with our children. This type of teaching truths is more typical of eastern religions than western. In fact, the teachers of our past would most likely present the truths they had to us in a very different way today.

The text allegedly from the “Acuturians” is actually lifted word for word from the Urantia Book, first published by the Urantia Foundation in 1955. I often wonder about channels and telepathics; anyone who has ever played with an Ouija board has probably contacted some breed of lower astral trickster. I saw and interview with Peggy Kane who said that folks in the lower astral are bored and entertain themselves in this manner. If this is in any way true, it would throw a a bunch of channeled info under the bus, so to speak?
Pretty much true. You never know who you are talking to on a Ouija Board. Look where they are made: Salem, Mass. They may have changed that. Send a device that calls for the lower astral planes for children to mess with, or drunk people at a party to play with, is a recipe for possession.
