lucky for me i haven’t felt ill per se. The one thing i found that helps is if you sit outside without sunglasses and almost meditate. When the waves of energy engulf you it appears essential to emerse yourself in nature. I transfixed my gaze on the colors of my surroundings while controlling my breathing. Listening to gaia and all the surroundings (while blocking out manmade instances like cars and music). Embrace the waves and know it is harmony and adjusting. Try this and let me know how it goes.
